The Leadership Thread is excited to announce the expansion of The Moonshot Practice to include referral-driven prosthodontists.
Since launching Moonshot, we have worked closely with Oral Surgeons, Periodontists, and Endodontists to help strengthen referral relationships, improve case acceptance, align teams, and drive meaningful practice growth through leadership development, strategic execution systems, and AI-powered tools.
It has become increasingly clear that many prosthodontists face the same unique opportunities and challenges as other referral-based specialists. Because of this, we are now opening membership to prosthodontists who generate more than 60% of their production through referrals from general dentists and specialists.
Over the past year, participating Moonshot practices have experienced 18% growth while building healthier teams, stronger systems, and more intentional practices. More importantly, we have seen specialists rediscover energy, excitement, and possibility in their practices again.
